About Client Conscious Care, LLC

Client Conscious Care, LLC is a Home Care Agency license by the State of Indiana. We specialize in providing personal home care services to veterans, seniors, and disabled individuals in their place of residence. We will focus servicing clients in NW Indiana primarily in Lake County and Porter County. We will employ Home Health Aides/Personal Care Attendants, Home Makers and Companions. We are licensed, bond, and insured. Client Conscious Care, LLC are members of the Indiana Association of Home and Hospice Care (IAHHC). The management team is Certified Senior Care Managers and members of the Association of Care Services at Home (ACSAH).
